At Savvy & Savvy, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is satisfactory. If for any reason you need to return a product or request an exchange, please carefully review the following guidelines.
You may request a return if:
The product has manufacturing defects.
The following are NOT considered manufacturing defects:
Damage caused by use (scratches, scuffs, natural leather creases).
Marks, textures, or variations inherent to genuine leather.
Heel wear caused by prolonged use.
Shoes that feel tight or loose after being tried on.
You received an incorrect item (wrong size or model), provided it remains in its original packaging and shows no signs of use or damage.
The product does not meet your expectations, whether due to sizing issues or personal preference. In this case, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return process.
For the first two cases (manufacturing defect or shipping error), shipping costs will be covered by Savvy & Savvy.
Size exchanges are accepted, subject to availability at the time of the request. Products must be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of use or damage.
Shipping costs (both the return shipment and the shipment of the replacement item) are the responsibility of the customer.
Free shipping applies only to the original purchase and is not transferable or applicable to exchanges or reshipments.
Free shipping benefits will not apply again to purchases resulting from an exchange or return of the same order.
We reserve the right to limit promotional benefits in cases of misuse.
Manufacturing defect claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the purchase date.
Incorrect or damaged products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Returns due to dissatisfaction or fit issues must be requested within 10 calendar days from the delivery date.
Returns due to customer errors when selecting the model, size, or color must be requested within 3 calendar days from the delivery date.
Returns requested outside these timeframes will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Size exchanges may be requested within 15 calendar days from the delivery date.
Exchanges and returns do not apply to:
Customized or personalized products.
Products purchased on sale, clearance, or using promotional coupons equal to or greater than 15% off.
Products that have been used or show signs of damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
Requests submitted outside the established deadlines.
A full refund will only be issued in the following situations:
The product has a manufacturing defect and a replacement is unavailable.
An incorrect product was shipped due to company error and the customer prefers a refund instead of an exchange. In this case, Savvy & Savvy will cover shipping costs.
The order was fully or partially canceled due to product unavailability before shipment.
The package was damaged during transit and the customer purchased shipping insurance.
The customer voluntarily cancels the order within 30 minutes of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
For returns due to dissatisfaction or fit issues, refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the customer made an error when placing the order (for example, selecting the wrong size, color, or model), they may request an exchange or refund under the following conditions:
The request must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return and any replacement shipment or refund process.
Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return or size exchange, follow these steps:
Send a WhatsApp message to (477) 264 8465 including:
Order number
Full name
Photos of the defect or incorrect item received (when applicable)
The model you wish to exchange or return
For size exchanges, please include both the size purchased and the size you need.
Use the courier service specified in the shipping label provided. The label will include an expiration date. Failure to ship before this date may result in additional shipping charges, which must be covered by the customer.
Package the item securely according to the instructions provided via email.
Include a note explaining the reason for the return or exchange.
Once the returned product has been received and the reason validated, we will proceed with the replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.
The product must include its original packaging, box, hardware, dust bag, and footwear in excellent condition.
Improper use of the product under abnormal conditions voids any right to return, exchange, or refund.
Size exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request.
