At Savvy & Savvy, we are committed to ensuring that your orders arrive safely and on time. Please review the following guidelines regarding our shipping services.

1. Order Processing

Once payment has been confirmed, your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days, beginning on the next business day following payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and official public holidays in Mexico.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If your order requires additional preparation time, we will notify you through our official digital channels and/or via WhatsApp after your purchase has been confirmed.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping options depending on the destination and type of product purchased.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days

Please note that delivery estimates do not include weekends or public holidays and begin the day after the package is collected by the shipping carrier.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all purchases, provided the delivery address is not located within a remote area, extended delivery zone, or shipping carrier exclusion zone.

Free shipping applies only to the original purchase and is not transferable or applicable to exchanges, replacements, or reshipments.

If the shipping address falls within one of these special zones, our team will contact the customer via WhatsApp after the purchase to provide the additional shipping cost.

Orders will only be processed once the customer approves the additional shipping charge.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery estimates are approximate and depend directly on the shipping carrier.

Savvy & Savvy is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Customs inspections or clearance processes

  • Carrier operational or logistical issues

  • Theft, loss, or incidents during transit

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email within 1 to 3 business days, even before the package is collected by the carrier.

This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier's website.

It is the customer's responsibility to track the shipment after the tracking number has been provided.

In the event of delays, damage, loss, misdelivery, or any shipping-related issue, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.

6. Shipping Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address, as well as valid contact information, including an email address and phone number.

Please verify all information carefully before completing your purchase.

Savvy & Savvy is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional processing delays of 1 to 3 business days.

In the event of order cancellation, shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the shipping label has not yet been generated.

7. International Shipping

We ship to various countries worldwide.

Shipping rates, delivery times, and customs regulations vary depending on the destination.

Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • All international shipments must be quoted and coordinated in advance via WhatsApp at +52 (477) 264 8465.

8. Package Insurance and Carrier Responsibility

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to that carrier.

In the event of loss, theft, damage, or misplacement, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping company.

Optional shipping insurance is available upon request.
