RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is very simple. You can return any item purchased at “ SAVVY & SAVVY”MILAT SA DE CV ” for the following reasons:

  • If the item has manufacturing defects.
  • If there is a mistake in the item sent, preserving the original packaging and without showing signs of abuse

In case you need to make a return by size, the cost of the parcel for both the return of the merchandise and the new shipment would be at your expense. Size changes are subject to availability at that time.

In case of receipt of incorrect or damaged merchandise, a physical change will be applied only if it was reported during the first 72 hours after its delivery, at the following customer service telephone numbers:

Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Procedure for returning and replacing products.

  • If you return the merchandise, you must contact the Savvy & Savvy Customer Service department, at the indicated telephone numbers, and send us the invoice for the product, as well as the image of the manufacturing defect to the email hola@savvy-savvy.com.
    The product will be replaced as soon as we physically receive the damaged one back.

Recommendations.

  • You can send the merchandise preferably using the same delivery courier company, perfectly securing the package, which must contain the invoice and an explanatory note indicating the reason for the return.
  • The return of the merchandise must be made to the following address:

At the time the return is delivered to us, we will contact you to confirm the replacement of the merchandise.
